We are very sorry it took so long to schedule. We have been very busy and have since put our leads on hold with Home Advisor so that we can get caught up with the ones we already have. We didn't feel it was right to take on more and have customers wait any longer than necessary. We will be turning them back on just as soon as we get caught up with the jobs we already have. I am very sorry you were not happy with him. He tried his best thinking it was sort of like the problem we had but he was not looking for a leak. He was trying to get rid of the odor. This was the first time he tried to do anything like this and I am afraid due to inexperience, it did not work out as well as expected. He would have been happy to come back and fix the issue had you have had him back. There is always room for improvement and his area is more in carpentry, painting, and small electrical. He did his best knowing that you needed the help.

Project: Repair Drywall "I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that needed to be found. Leon came out and gave a reasonable estimate. We hired him and he repaired a broken pipe then did the ceiling repair. He kept me appraised of the progress and did a good job. Will definitely keep him in mind for our next repair. "
